To embed a Panopto video into a module in Canvas, follow these steps:

1. Open your course.
2. Go to Modules.
3. Create a new module by clicking on the + Module button or use an already existing one.
4. Click on the plus on the upper right corner of your module frame to add an item to it.
5. Open the drop down and select Page.
6. Select [Create Page].
7. Type a name for your page.
8. Click Add Item.
9. Open the page that you just created.
10. Click on Edit on the upper right corner.
11. Go to the description panel and click on the three dots in the toolbar to expand it.
12. Click on the Panopto Video icon next to the electric plug in the toolbar.
13. Now you can:
    • Choose a video from your course Panopto folder by clicking on the drop-down at the top and selecting the video.
    • Upload a video directly from your computer by going to the Upload tab at the top middle and drag and drop your video here.
    • Or you can record yourself by going to the Record tab on the upper right.
14. Any of the three options above will embed the Panopto video to your selected page.
15. Continue editing the page and click Save or Save & Publish at the end.
