Mies (Main) Campus will be abuzz with activity Friday, September 16 and Saturday, September 17 for Homecoming Weekend and the second annual Spirit Day. There will be plenty of opportunities to connect with alumni and current students—and many family-friendly activities.

The second annual Spirit Day will take place on September 17 on Mies Campus, in communities around the world, and online. On campus, you’re invited to join us for the All-Alumni Party and Spirit Day Celebration, complete with live music, bowling, pool, and other activities in The BOG. Follow us on social media and participate in our “Show Your Spirit” photo contest for a chance to win an Illinois Tech spirit prize pack.

Other Homecoming Weekend events include a carnival, picnics, sporting events, and affinity group and Greek activities. We’ll be honoring the Class of 1966 and celebrating their induction into the Golden Society, an honorary society recognizing alumni who graduated from Illinois Tech 50 or more years ago. We’ll also honor the Classes of 1990, 2006, and 2015 with exclusive activities for their milestone reunion gatherings.
