Leadership Academy Seminar #2: Why Not You?

Overview

We often look at leadership, success, and impact as something that is reserved for those that are extremely talented, lucky, or privileged.  This seminar will focus on helping participants understand the power they have in themselves to grow personally and professionally, influence, and make a difference while pushing through the imposter syndrome that they are likely experiencing.

Bio

Mills "Mr. Rodge" Rodgers has gone from being an at-risk public school teacher to being a top author and speaker on leadership, character, and student success for college students. He has a passion for working with people of all ages and backgrounds, having been a long time public school educator and having served our country as an Army mental health specialist. Mills has written a series of books, with the latest being You Can Win Being You! He wants ALL students to know that they can attain success through discipline, good character, good choices, and education....no matter their background or obstacles.
