Overview
Solving the problems of tomorrow will require the work of effective and creative teams. We鈥檝e all had the experience of being on a team that facilitated creativity and seemed to flow naturally, and other times when we felt stifled or misunderstood within a team. What is the 鈥渟pecial sauce鈥 that separates innovative and productive teams from ineffective ones? This seminar will equip you with an understanding of how creative ideas take shape, and provide you with opportunities to learn and practice creative problem solving.
