Join the Department of Food Science and Nutrition for this FDSN Seminar Series event featuring guest speaker Ravi Tadapaneni, who works in Product Development & Commercialization at Impossible Foods.

Tadapaneni, an alumnus of Illinois Institute of Technology and IFSH, will talk about his career journey starting from his time as a graduate student at Illinois Tech and moving on to how he progressed in his career path while navigating through different fields of food science and technology. He will briefly share how working in the research projects at Illinois Tech/IFSH was the catalyst for a series of educational and professional choices that eventually led him to a rewarding career opportunity at Impossible Foods. He will talk about his research work at Illinois Institute of Technology and Washington State University: nutrition-HPP and low moisture food safety and later he will cover the experience from industry.
