Allee Shares Unique Aspects of ACE Program in OrgSync Webinar
Curt Allee, manager of the Advancing Career and Education (ACE) program, presented a webinar for OrgSync on enhancing the career readiness of IIT Stuart’s international students through the school’s unique ACE program.
Allee explained the acculturation challenges faced by international students and how ACE builds upon students’ existing skills, relating and applying them to new environments through employment discussions and experience. OrgSync is an online community that connects higher education professionals and facilitates knowledge-sharing.
