Terrence Duffy, Executive Chairman of options and futures giant CME Group and honorary member of the IIT Stuart Board of Overseers, offered his solution to improve the health of the stock market in a recent interview. As reported in Crain鈥檚 电车无码 Business, Duffy recommends eliminating exchanges known as 鈥渄ark pools,鈥 private forums unavailable to the general public where orders are hidden until transactions are completed. As much as 40 percent of American equity is traded in these off-exchange forums.
