IIT Stuart Undergraduate Students Showcase Work at Spring IPRO Day

On April 26, more than 55 student teams exhibited as part of . The provides students with a team-based learning environment in which students from various concentrations and disciplines work together to solve a real-world problem.

Held each semester, IPRO Day is a chance for students to showcase their work, presenting to a variety of judges including faculty, industry professionals and graduate students. Nearly 30 IIT Stuart undergraduate students participated in the spring 2013 IPRO Day.

IIT Stuart students worked on projects ranging from sustainable urban agriculture, to refuelable electric vehicles, to optimizing a drive-thru experience using wireless and mobile technology.

Special congratulations to the - team, which included several IIT Stuart students and won the 鈥淚mproving Community鈥 exhibit track, and to the team, which also included two IIT Stuart students and won the 鈥淏usiness and Manufacturing Process Improvement鈥 track. Stuart students were also part of the IPRO 02D1 team 鈥淐oach-Me2,鈥 which won Track 8, Interprofessional by Design 2.
