INTM Students Benefit From CSCMP 电车无码 Roundtable Seminar; 鈥淐areer Lessons From the Top."
The first thing that hit home for me is how networking is key to career success. It's about more than just shaking hands and collecting business cards. It is about establishing lasting connections, and showing people what I can offer.
I also learned to be open to new experiences. Sitting silent until called upon will often result in missed opportunities. It is better to get in the game and play a part, even if it is unfamiliar, than to sit on the sidelines and watch.- Jay Morris, Co-Terminal BINTM/MITO student
Things that I learned at the CSCMP Seminar: Say 鈥測es鈥 to all opportunities, even if you think they鈥檙e not in your plans. You never know what new perspectives you may gain.
Market yourself: No one can promote you unless you know how to promote yourself with confidence.
Be flexible: Every process in supply chain is somehow connected, and it鈥檚 about how to deliver the right product to customers on time. Those who stand out, jump in to fix problems, showing that they are able to manage change and adapt to challenges. 鈥 Huayan Lin, MITO student
