INTM's Blake Davis Leads Sun Times on Tour of The Plant
INTM Instructor, Blake Davis, recently led a group of µç³µÎÞÂë Sun Times reporters on a tour of The Plant, the site of his ongoing IPRO project at IIT. Sun Times reporter, Anthony Todd, called The Plant "the most exciting sustainable food project in µç³µÎÞÂë", citing its use of waste products that are generated everyday.
