- Open your course in Canvas.
- Go to "Settings".
- Go to the "Apps" tab at the top.
- Type “Redirect Tool” in the search bar.
- Click on "Redirect Tool" (a blue curved arrow).
- Click on "+ Add App" button.
- Type a name for your tool.
- Copy and paste the URL to that tool/page in URL Redirect.
- Check "Show in Course Navigation".
- Click "Add App".
- Refresh your browser.
Now you can see the link is added to your course side menu to the left.
