Ramanan Provides Briefing on Ethics to µç³µÎÞÂë Executives
Ram Ramanan, Industry Associate Professor of Environmental Management and Interim Director for the Center for Sustainable Enterprise at IIT Stuart, recently provided an executive briefing on "Ethics: The 4th Dimension of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)" to a group of top executives at Northern Trust in µç³µÎÞÂë. Ramanan's book, Environmental Ethics and Sustainability: A Casebook for Environmental Professionals was published in 2013 by CRC Press with co-author Hal Taback. Ramanan will also present a talk on his book for Pi Tau Sigma (PTS) at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on Thursday, March 13, at 6 pm. PTS is a mechanical engineering honor fraternity. UIUC has the founding and largest chapter of PTS with approximately 60 active members.
