Faculty, staff, and students can download their Photos to their computer in order to back them up to a location of their choice. Follow the instructions below to learn how:
Downloading Your Photos or Videos
Important: If backup is enabled, you can access photos on your computer that were taken on your mobile device. To save a local copy, download the photo or video. Learn more about backup.
- On your computer, go to photos.google.com.
- Choose the photo or video you want to download.
- Click the More button (three dots) and select Download.
Tip: If you have trouble playing a downloaded video, try these solutions:
- Switch to a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
- Install a system extension that supports the video鈥檚 codec.
- Use a different video player, such as VLC Media Player.
