No Show Policy
A No Show is defined as missing an appointment without canceling at least two hours before the scheduled time.
First No Show will be noted.
Second No Show and every missed appointment thereafter will be assessed a $24 fee.
Payments for 鈥淣o Show鈥 appointments may be made .
Psychiatric No-Show Policy
For students who do not cancel their psychiatric appointment at least 24 hours prior to their appointment, a No Show will be marked and a No Show fee will immediately be assessed.
$25 fee for a missed 20-minute psychiatric session.
$50 fee for a missed 60-minute initial psychiatric session.
