Student Accomplishments
April 29, 2024: Illinois Tech's branch of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics has awarded Elizabeth A. Karagiannes the 2023-24 Scholastic Achievement Award. This monetary award is presented to the Illinois Tech aerospace engineering student with the highest GPA, contributions to undergraduate research, and leadership in university's student organizations.
October 19, 2023: Congratulations to King Ankobea-Ansah (M.S. MAE '22, Ph.D. MAE Candidate) for receiving the 2023/24 , which is given to one student annually. In addition to the $1,000 scholarship award, Ankobea-Ansah will receive a free one-year Society of Automotive Engineers student membership.
