What is TargetX
Salesforce TargetX is the CRM system Admissions uses to recruit potential graduate and undergraduate applicants. It is a cloud-based solution available through Salesforce. Once a student applies, the data flows into Banner where a significant admissions decision is made and the student enters the system of record. Information related to inquiry numbers is retrieved using the TargetX. Any information about applicants, admits, or enrolled students should be retrieved from Banner.
