Mission
The mission of the fraternities and sororities at Illinois Institute of Technology is to ensure the success of our students and of invested partners by fostering a positive, healthy, and equitable college experience for all members of our community. We accomplish this through our values-based approach that focuses on scholarship, community, leadership, and service.

Meet the Executive Board
- President: Mohit Rathi (Delta Tau Delta) | iit.gc.president@gmail.com
- As the face of the organization, the position is responsible for the overall operations of the Greek Council. This includes presiding over all Greek Council general body and Executive Board meetings, as well as delegating tasks to Executive Board members.
- Vice President, Accounts and Records: Rebecca Parker (Alpha Sigma Alpha) | iit.gc.ar@gmail.com
- This position is responsible for all Greek Council finances and official record keeping, including the collection of semesterly dues, as well as the taking of meeting minutes.
- Vice President, Public Relations: Spencer Pickar (Delta Tau Delta) | iit.gc.pr@gmail.com
- The VP of Public relations is charged with publicizing any event or function that Greek Council or an individual chapter wishes to be promoted to Greek or greater Illinois Tech community. In doing so, this position manages all Greek Council social media campaigns, and maintain the Greek Council internal website in coordination with the Greek Advisor.
- Vice President, Community Affairs: Carson Floyd (Pi Kappa Phi) | iit.gc.communityaffairs@gmail.com
- This position maintains the Greek Council programming calendar in collaboration with the VP of Accounts & Records. They also coordinate and execute annual programming such as Greek Week and Greek Formal.
- Vice President, Chapter Excellence: Bethany Feather (Kappa Phi Delta) | iit.gc.chapterexcellence@gmail.com
- Works with the Greek Advisor to create and present New Member Academy every semester. Additionally, this position oversees grade report collection, and meets with any chapters who fall below the active chapter GPA standards to establish a semesterly plan to improve academic performance. They also serve as the Judicial Board chair.
- Vice President, Recruitment: Kayla Nichols (Kappa Phi Delta) | iit.gc.vprecruitment@gmail.com
- This role is responsible for all matters pertaining to Recruitment for the Greek Council, including serving as a liaison for the Greek Council and chapter recruitment chairs; overseeing both formal and informal recruitment efforts by all members; and ensuring all chapters are adhering to the Recruitment Rules outlined in this document.
- SGA Senator: Abel Castilla (Pi Kappa Phi) | acastilla@hawk.iit.edu
- This role represents and advocates on behalf of Greek Council at all Student Government Association meetings.
